Location: Netherlands (Remote)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our global team. This role focuses on designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is an expert in Figma, experienced in end-to-end design, and able to translate user insights into high-quality, scalable digital products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products using Figma.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for smooth implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product designs in Figma.
• Expertise in Figma features (auto-layout, components, variants, design systems, prototyping).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience with user research and usability testing.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design, SaaS or enterprise application design, and knowledge of GDPR and EU accessibility regulations.
