Security Associate
Start date: January 2026
Location: Amsterdam (Weesp)
Duration: 12 month extendable contract
Languages: English, Japanese (nice to have)
Remote Politics: 2days/week
Hourly rate: €70-€75
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to support security initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments for enterprise systems and provide recommendations.
- Manage non-technical security projects and investigations.
- Write and maintain security policies and procedures aligned with compliance and risk frameworks.
- Present security-related materials and findings clearly in English to various audiences.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in policy writing and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks.
- Ability to manage investigations and non-technical projects independently.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working in Japanese companies is highly valued.
