Junior CRO Specialist

For a Junior CRO Specialist for Weight Management Accelerator team with a marketing background, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of working with multiple products in a fast-paced environment.

Dive into data analysis to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities
Execute and manage A/B testing campaigns using the VWO platform to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
Present findings, data-driven insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders

We expect you to

Bring 2+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills with a focus on data-driven decisions
Be comfortable managing multiple initiatives and adapting to fast-paced environments
Show exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks based on business impact
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is a bonus

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900 - 2600 EUR/month.

Location

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
