🔎We are looking for a Java Developer

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Develop, validate, and deliver Java development tasks assigned via Jira.
• Actively participate in code reviews, releases, and team meetings.
• Ensure code quality, identify vulnerabilities, and propose improvements.
• Debug and troubleshoot code to investigate and resolve issues.
• Gain a solid understanding of business processes and application workflows.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve sustainability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet business requirements and technical standards.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Strong expertise in Java Core (Collections, Multithreading, Streams).
• Knowledge of JMS, SQL, and Linux bash scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Java build tools, debugging, and profiling tools.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and problem-solving techniques.
• Additional experience with Python and C# (nice to have).
• Ability to work with message brokers and distributed systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Soft skills:
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and present ideas confidently.
• Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Language skills: English (professional proficiency) - mandatory.
