We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, experience in IT/business process optimization, and fluency in French and English. If you enjoy working in an international environment and bridging the gap between business and technology, this is the role for you!

🔹 What you need to know/have:

✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects

✅ Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

✅ Experience in process modeling, workflows, and stakeholder management

✅ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence

✅ Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
