We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in C# and .NET to join a dynamic development team working on advanced energy management solutions. The ideal candidate is motivated by innovation, enjoys tackling complex software challenges, and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects that impact critical infrastructure.

Role Overview:

You will work primarily on the company's platform; an advanced software solution for the digitalization of electricity, water, and gas distribution. The platform enables real-time data processing, automated infrastructure management, and optimization of energy networks using artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.

In this role, you will develop new features, design system components, maintain existing software, and collaborate closely with teams based internationally.

Place of work: Kranj, Slovenia (hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home; during the probation period work is fully office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop functional solutions and prototypes within the company's digital platform
• Participate in the design and architecture of complex software products and systems
• Maintain and enhance existing software solutions to ensure high quality and performance
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the Slovenian development team
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in development processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development within Windows environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and associated development tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
