HIT d.d. Nova Gorica is advertising a vacancy for a MARKETING ANALYTICS AND DIRECT MARKETING ORGANIZER (m/f) to work in Nova Gorica.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• analyze and propose measures in the field of CRM and participate in the development of marketing information systems and databases,

• coordinate activities in the implementation of marketing campaigns and participate in the implementation of market research and analysis,

• measure the effects of marketing activities and tools in marketing and prepare analyses and reports on the effectiveness of individual actions,

• performing operational CRM activities, preparing reports, updating guest databases, and monitoring new developments in the market and the industry.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Completed VII level of education (economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field)

• Knowledge of reporting tools is an advantage

• analytical thinking, independence, and accuracy,

• for experienced candidates: at least 2 years of experience in data analysis (in the industry or outside of it),
