Mandatory Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (C1 level).

Mandatory Experience

• IT Solution Delivery: At least 2 years of proven experience in delivering IT solutions for business users within the financial sector.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Support: At least 1 year of experience in providing technical support to business applications.
• Application Testing: At least 1 year of experience in testing IT applications within a financial environment.
• IT Development Knowledge: Advanced understanding of IT development practices and methodologies, with insights into the lending lifecycle.
• Document Management Systems: Knowledge of systems like SharePoint and portal technologies.
• Project Methodologies: Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
• Modeling Techniques: Proficiency in process or data modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, or Conceptual Data Modeling.
• Language Skills: French proficiency at B2 level is considered an advantage.
