Senior DevOps Engineer

The Opportunity

Join a small, highly skilled engineering team managing and scaling digital media platforms. You’ll work across DevOps, backend, and cloud infrastructure, shaping architecture, improving performance, and driving automation. This role suits someone hands-on with AWS, comfortable owning projects end-to-end, and eager to collaborate in a technical, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain backend services and infrastructure following cloud best practices.
• Enhance CI/CD and IaC setups (AWS CloudFormation, Serverless Framework).
• Monitor, secure, and optimise AWS environments

What You Bring

• 4+ years’ experience in software or DevOps engineering.
• Strong AWS skills, ideally hands-on with Lambda, SQS, S3, or API Gateway.
• Background in backend development (Redis, NoSQL/SQL, NestJS, or Express).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Fluent English; German a plus (Not mandatory)
