HR Generalist – EMEA | German & English Speaker
We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join a global healthcare leader driving innovation across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment, contributing to meaningful work that impacts lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to HR process inquiries (e.g., Workday, parental leave, working hours) in German and English
- Managing HR tickets, documentation, and correspondence
- Supporting Workday transactions and ensuring accurate personnel data
- Preparing employee documents (contracts, amendments, certificates)
- Coordinating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise on complex cases
- Supporting HR reporting, process documentation, and internal projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HR operations or administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and document handling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
