Location

We have offices in Madrid (Gran Vía). Hybrid schedule.

Full-time, indefinite contract.

The Role

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to define our HR processes and to ensure our team runs smoothly. This person will focus on streamlining all processes during the employee life cycle starting with the onboarding until the offboarding, as well as supporting multiple labor and compliance matters in both Spain and the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in Spain and the US.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and documentation ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support people administration and resolve team member queries with clarity and care.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits with local providers in a multi-country environment
  • Drive process improvements to make our people operations more efficient, compliant, and team member-friendly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (payroll providers, benefits partners, etc.) when needed.

What We’re Looking For

You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy creating order and ensuring that everything “just works.” You bring empathy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to everything you do.

You should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations & HR in an international start-up environment.
  • Knowledge of labor compliance topics in Spain and/or the US.
  • Experience handling employee lifecycle processes (on/offboarding, documentation, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Comfort working with remote, international teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HRIS tools (like Deel, Rippling, etc.).
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes across different countries.
