QA Engineer / QA Analyst - manual (Ref:fUaNw)

We are looking for our client, a respected IT & Consulting Company focused on IT, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Reporting, to hire a skilled QA Engineer / QA Analyst - manual.

The team operates under Agile methodologies, boasting a unique model adapted from Spotify. As part of the team, you'll work on projects involving internet banking applications, internal processes, and business needs, aiming to become a thought leader in Reactive Architectures and Functional programming on an international scale.

What You Would Do & Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, functional analysis, and change tasks.
• Develop test plans and design test cases.
• Execute manual or automated sanity and functional/non-functional tests.
• Update and maintain integration (regression) test plans.
• Report, record, escalate, and trace discovered errors/bugs.
• Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of the development process.
• Provide support for production and UAT incidents.
• Create necessary documentation for the application lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile meetings.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Assurance tester.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
• Basic or higher-level SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with SpecFlow (Cucumber), Gherkin, and GIT.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with abstract thinking and analytical problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility in approach and high standards of confidentiality.

Soft Skills:

• Nice to have ISTQB Certification.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (C# or Java) and pipelines.
• Willingness to learn automation testing.
• Experience working according to Agile methodology.
