We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager with a strong electrical or high-voltage (HV) background to oversee the development and construction of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects from concept to grid connection.

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets for PV installations

✅ Supervise on-site construction, ensuring quality, safety, and technical compliance

✅ Collaborate with procurement teams to select and manage suppliers and subcontractors

✅ Work closely with local DSOs to coordinate grid connections

✅ Monitor project costs, mitigate risks, and report progress to management and partners

✅ Ensure full compliance with technical and regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

⚙️ 5+ years of experience in project management within the energy or renewables sector

🎓 Background in electrical, construction, or renewable energy engineering

🌍 Experience in EPC project delivery and collaboration with international teams

🔌 Solid understanding of DSO requirements and PV project regulations

🧠 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

💬 Excellent command of English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

🚗 Willingness to travel across project sites
