As a Productmanager, you will support us with driving growth of existing product lines and strive for continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of one or more product lines, working to improve product quality, customer satisfaction and commercial success. You’ll shape new product introductions, lead user testing, and make sure that every detail of the customer experience is right.

Hable is a fast moving startup and in such an environment, this is a broad, hands-on role: one day you’ll be talking to customers and NGOs, the next you’ll be analyzing feedback, refining a design, or launching a new marketing initiative. 

The things you work on always matter. Small improvements are shipped regularly and quickly to customers and products that are in the hands of thousands of users around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our customers and their needs through research, feedback, and close collaboration with the blind and visually impaired community.
• Drive the growth of your product line(s) through marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. Make sure the business case works.
• Strengthen our community and brand by building relationships with customers, distributors, governmental bodies, and NGOs.
• Continuously improve customer experience and product quality through design updates, process improvements, and support optimizations.
• Contribute to the team’s entrepreneurial spirit: we test, learn, and ship small improvements regularly.

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. product marketing, industrial (product) design, product management or a similar field).
• Solid prior working experience to enter into a role as product manager. (experience in the field of assistive technology is a strong plus!)
• Strong interest in assistive technology and driven to help others and make an impact in the world.
• A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You love to be in direct contact with (potential) customers who are visually impaired.
