Your role
Our ergonomic product portfolio increases productivity and improves working conditions for thousands of operators globally—every single day. In this role you work with a portfolio of torque arms and electronic accessories, like sensors and positioning systems, all playing a key role in improving industrial assembly processes. You also work with our industrial PC. You do both design updates and work in new development projects in close collaboration with our marketing department. This is a cross-functional role where you interact with nearly all parts of the organization. Besides marketing, you also cooperate with quality, other R&D disciplines, production sites, suppliers, and of course your team colleagues. You document and update product data for our portfolio, as well as contribute to research and innovation initiatives.
Mission
- Do product improvements to our product portfolio
 - Develop new products in our portfolio
 - Define and align scope and time plan
 - Drive the project forward in a structured way including report status on deliverables, time plan and budget
 
You will need
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in mechatronics or equivalent (e.g. mechanical engineering with electronics experience)
 - Several years’ experience in engineering
 - Experience of multidisciplinary project management
 - Strong communication skills and an ability to drive projects and improvements
 - Good knowledge of electronics: for example analog & digital circuit design and PCB layout review
 - Fluency in English 
 
- Able to do mechanical design in CAD
 - Embedded software experience: microcontrollers, real‐time systems, communications
 - Knowledge on electronics product verification and testing
 - Product development experience
 - Knowledge of electronic CAD systems such as Orcad and Altium

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE).
The role includes travelling to colleagues and customers worldwide, about 10-14 days per year.
