Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Gavle, Sweden - Full Time

In this role you will be a Senior Project Manager working client side for hyper-scale data centre projects in Sweden. In this role you will manage the below and risk and cost management.

• Serve as a visible onsite leader, monitoring project progress and ensuring safe work practices are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors on all snagging activities — including scheduling and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactively identify and address issues, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
• Implement and oversee key project processes, working closely with the client to drive improvements and updates.
• Lead and participate in key meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and communicate impacts clearly to all partners.
• Apply and uphold project procedures, ensuring compliance and continuous adherence.

Requirements:

• Have experience managing projects within the data centre sector.
• Hold (or are actively pursuing) a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification — we can support your journey.
• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Ideally worked client or PMC side before.
