Our Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, you’ll help solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of PwC Turkey Project Management Office which leads internal digital and technology projects as part of PwC's transformation program.
• Support and work alongside with the Project Managers to deliver the projects
• Collaborate with a project team which will be formed from technology teams, business teams, 3rd party vendors and other PwC Network firms, as needed, based on the project scope and requirements. Project might be initiated and driven by PwC Global as part of PwC Network strategy.
• Define and agree on the project plans and ensure continuity of resources.
• Implement the project governance; including project RAID logs, regular status reporting, regular project meetings etc.
• Proactively manage/escalate the project risks and issues.
• Assist and update PMO back office database

Skills required:

• Degree in relevant discipline (MIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must
• Preferably with 10-15 years of experience in the project management field
• ERP / SAP Implementation experience is highly desirable
• Digital and technology knowledge and experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information at a technical and non-technical level
• Positive attitude, constructive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivation, curious and continuous improvement mindset
• Project management certification is a plus
