Fresh Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training and development program covering departmental and cross-functional assignments.
• Assist in daily operations, project coordination, and process documentation.
• Support teams with data entry, reporting, and analysis using MS Excel or other internal tools.
• Contribute to research, presentations, and internal initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, business processes, and quality standards.
• Shadow senior employees to understand functional workflows and best practices.
• Provide periodic reports on assigned tasks and learning progress to mentors or supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn.
• Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.
• Languages: Fluent in English
