• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

• Microsoft Azure Developer Certification

• Sitecore certification

• Proficient in C#, .NET, COM, ASP.NET and SiteCore module.

• Expert in end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management and delivery processes.

• Expert in integration patterns with a Search, Micro Sites, Commerce package, or other platforms.

• Expert in SiteCore foundational concepts, Layouts, Sublayouts, Templates, Workflows and Security.

• Proficient in JavaScript one or more frontend framework (HTML5 / Angular / React)

• Proficient in XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML

• Has Hands-on Test Driven Development experience and able to author Unit, Integration and Functional Tests.

• Good OO-skills. Must demonstrate strong familiarity of design patterns.

• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills. Effectively liaises with all levels of management.

• Architecture and development with commercial cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

• Strong capabilities in design and development of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of Enterprise architectural elements like clustering, load balancing, caching, availability, disaster recovery, etc

• Continuous Deployment/Release Management with MS Devops

Qualification & Skills required

• Overall experience of 8 to 12 years of experience with 4+ years of content management experience with SiteCore.

• Architecting experience on Sitecore 9.x

• Experience in configuring Scaled environments for Sitecore 9.x

• Solutioning of integration with Coveo and 3rd party systems

• Experience of delivering large scale SiteCore engagements with extensive customizations required.

• Designing and development of Multi-Site and Multi-language solution with Sitecore 9.x

• Develop Page and Data Templates Sitecore &.NET and/or XSL templates using XSLT.

• Design and implement integrated / automated translation solutions for multi-lingual solutions using translation manager integrated with Sitecore or other external translation environments

• Design, develop and debug templates with Template builder.

• Develop and configure workflows.

• Implement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.

• Oversee installation, configuration and tuning of Sitecore in .NET environment.

• Design and development of components/features leveraging SXA capabilities (Sitecore Experience Accelerator v1.9 and above)

• Experience in define best practices for implementing content personalization solutions to enable targeted content delivery using Sitecore Profiling and personalization, SEO and Performance Optimization solution. Tuning Sitecore 9.x for performance and security hardening

• Branching and merging strategy definition and its implementation

• Experience in configuring and using code quality and performance analysis tools.

• Define and govern the usage of tools like Unicorn/TDS.

• Define, design and implement the caching and indexing strategy.

• Experience in requirement gathering of Sitecore User and Role management. Enable and discuss with business teams on the scope and possible definitions.

• Experience with Sitecore PaaS

• Certification in SiteCore will be an added advantage.

Must have - Modules

• Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the business requirements.

• Define and document physical, logical and network solution architecture view for an integrated solution that includes Sitecore infrastructure, Digital Asset Management, Campaign Management, Microsites, Coveo Search, Integration with 3rd party systems etc.

• Design and implement templates & layouts for Multi-site, Multi-lingual, and Multi- channel scenarios and all schema types including metadata/parameter schemas.

• Define best practices, development standards to manage performance and scalability of the CMS/CDS application and work with stakeholders to manage CMS performance issues and dependencies.

• Performing code reviews and providing critical suggestions for fixes and improvements

• Supporting issue analysis and fix activities during test phases, as well as production issue resolution.

• Liaise with Sitecore product engineering, professional services and support to help drive solutions.

• Support sizing, capacity planning and non-functional requirement specification, benchmarking and recommendations for Sitecore solutions.

• Experience developing on both mobile and web platforms
