In this role, you'll shape how we attract and engage talent by strengthening our employer brand across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create authentic and impactful stories about life at Norwegian — helping us attract diverse, motivated, and talented individuals who want to join our journey.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Has solid experience in employer branding, communications, or recruitment
- Understands social media, digital content, and analytics
- Is a confident communicator and skilled project manager
- Works proactively and collaboratively, with a curious and innovative mindset
- Is passionate about building and evolving employer brands
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Has experience in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Is fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Bonus points if you: Have experience in aviation or large-scale service industries (not a requirement)
