Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters/NOC addressed to external parties as per employees requests within the company guidelines.
  • Liaise with the authorized signatories to ensure the documents are signed within stipulated time frames.
  • Prepare internal documents in cases of  

Promotions/confirmations/Transfers

Resignations/Terminations/Redundancies

All other letters as deem necessary

  •  Address all employee queries pertaining to

  HR Policies & procedures

Employee benefits and allowances

Employee confirmations to Banks

  • Circulate the monthly Probationary/PIP update to all concerned and collate all the reviews
  • Issue mobile sim cards/CUG numbers to all employees eligible.
  • Update and manage the CUG tracker
  • Collate all stationary requirements for the division and arrange to purchase centrally.
  • Manage passport release process
  • Update and maintain all HR Forms


Qualifications

  1. Graduate
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  3. Advance knowledge of MS Office
  4. Knowledge on Labour Laws would be an added advantage
