Responsibilities
- Prepare letters/NOC addressed to external parties as per employees requests within the company guidelines.
- Liaise with the authorized signatories to ensure the documents are signed within stipulated time frames.
- Prepare internal documents in cases of
Promotions/confirmations/Transfers
Resignations/Terminations/Redundancies
All other letters as deem necessary
- Address all employee queries pertaining to
HR Policies & procedures
Employee benefits and allowances
Employee confirmations to Banks
- Circulate the monthly Probationary/PIP update to all concerned and collate all the reviews
- Issue mobile sim cards/CUG numbers to all employees eligible.
- Update and manage the CUG tracker
- Collate all stationary requirements for the division and arrange to purchase centrally.
- Manage passport release process
- Update and maintain all HR Forms
Qualifications
- Graduate
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Advance knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge on Labour Laws would be an added advantage
