Overall Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to enable data-driven decision-making and personalized customer engagement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
- Oversee the integration of new marketing technologies, platforms, and data capabilities to enhance campaign performance and customer insights.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, using agile or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement governance frameworks.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate project impact and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex marketing transformation programmes or customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working with MarTech platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools).
- Solid project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira & MS Project.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Bachelors or Industry Specific Accreditations
