This role will play a key part in leading our digital growth in international markets, combining creativity and analytics to generate leads and drive direct website purchases.
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketer to drive our digital marketing efforts, track performance and fuel our growth. You’ll generate and nurture leads, and ensure a strong and relevant online presence across channels in a company with ambitious expansion goals. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution - encompassing SEO, website optimization, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Own and continuously improve Monil’s digital experience to turn traffic into leads and customers.
- Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and CTAs for all markets through data-driven testing.
- Lead SEO efforts to ensure relevant, high-intent traffic reaches the site and align SEO and paid search for holistic visibility.
- Work in Sanity to maintain the current website, create new pages and implement edits.
- Ensure conversion tracking, attribution, and UX updates are always accurate and fast.
- Use analytics (PostHog, GA4) to uncover insights and test improvements.
Turning leads (MQLs) into sales-ready opportunities through structured, automated journeys.
- Design and manage email campaigns, newsletters and workflows in HubSpot for moving prospects through the funnel.
- Implement retargeting sequences across email, ads, and social to re-engage high-intent audiences.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate integrations between HubSpot, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor email and workflow performance (open rate, CTR, MQL→SQL) and continuously iterate to improve conversion speed.
Drive traffic and measurable growth through data-driven campaign management.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for lead generation and digital sales.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI, ROAS, and cost efficiency across markets.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Focus: Turning marketing data into decisions that improve efficiency, alignment, and growth.
- Analyze digital performance across channels, and share insights to effectively fine-tune content and efforts across markets (Blogs, SoMe, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website activity).
- Align with the content and creative team to align paid and organic messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure paid leads are tracked, attributed, and nurtured efficiently.
- Dashboards and reporting: Own and update Marketings insights dashboard, and make sure we have good data quality and insights from all marketing activities.
- Share market-level insights (e.g., UK vs NO campaign performance) to guide localization.
- 2-4 years experience within digital marketing, lead generation or performance-driven growth ideally in startups or marketing agencies.
- Experience in marketing automation, CRM and outreach tools such as Hubspot.
- Proven success with Google Ads and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Hands on experience with digital campaign management
- A strong ability to analyse and interpret data from marketing and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, PostHog, Ahrefs etc) to find insights and improve performance.
- Exceptional at testing different communication tactics to boost campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Norwegian
