Accountabilities:
- Develop robust PHP code to implement new features of varying complexity
- Maintain, refactor, and troubleshoot existing codebases, resolving complex issues efficiently
- Participate in technical discussions and code reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Ensure all code adheres to security, performance, and quality standards
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience with thoughtful enhancements
- Assist with technical support queries and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 5+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel, with strong knowledge of development patterns and best practices
- Proficiency in automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, feature tests)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for code quality
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback
