We’re looking for a Laravel Developer with 3+ years of solid commercial experience to help us continue scaling our platform.

You’ll work closely with our Technical Director and product team to develop new features, enhance performance, and integrate with external services.

This is an office-based role in Horsham, ideal if you enjoy close collaboration, bouncing ideas around with other developers, and seeing the real impact of your work.

• Building and maintaining features within our Laravel-based SaaS platform.
• Designing and improving APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Working with MySQL/MariaDB to design efficient data structures.
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Reviewing code, contributing to architectural discussions, and sharing best practices.
• Collaborating closely with designers and support staff to continuously improve the product.
• Working with our AWS stack — S3, SES, RDS, Kubernetes.

• 3+ years’ experience building web applications in Laravel.
• Strong understanding of OOP and MVC principles.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern PHP practices.
• Good Git workflow knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where ideas flow freely.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS product company building enterprise-grade features.
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, SES, RDS, ECS/EKS) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
