We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to support the optimization of our

customer loyalty program. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with foundational

project coordination experience and a passion for customer engagement. The successful

candidate will assist in managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring

smooth execution of project deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

• Manage a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and

resource allocation.

• Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Finance,

etc.) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components.

• Monitor program progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Support cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Customer Experience) in

executing project tasks.

• Track progress and help identify potential risks or delays.

Communication & Reporting


Must Haves

• 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.

• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in marketing, customer experience, or CRM projects is an asset.

• Relevant certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus
