Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and dynamics; develop comprehensive industry analysis and strategic development reports;

Monitor competitive landscape, analyze business models, and perform valuation assessments;

Participate in strategic projects (e.g., M&A, partnerships), assisting in due diligence and evaluating financial and business feasibility;

Build and maintain data models relevant to core business areas, including forecasting models, regression analysis, and causal inference models;

Utilize BI tools for data visualization and reporting, generating actionable insights for business and strategic decision-making;

Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to drive the application of data in real-world business decisions;

Support various strategic initiatives, research projects, and ad-hoc analysis requests from the strategy team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields;

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, industry research, or strategy/consulting-related roles; background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech is a strong plus;

Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python or R and hands-on experience in building analytical models;

Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making;

Ability to independently produce research reports, presentation decks, and executive-level briefing materials;

Good English reading and writing skills; the ability to work with English materials and produce bilingual reports is preferred.
