Our client in the BFSI are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, manage, and maintain their IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance across network systems, servers, and end-user environments while maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, PCs, and O365 environments.
- Provide daily technical support and resolve system, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer user profiles, access controls, network configurations, and data backups.
- Implement, monitor, and review network security controls; coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring successful annual testing.
- Document system configurations, maintain IT policies, and support internal and external IT audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security and MAS TRM requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, LAN/WAN infrastructure, O365, and network security principles.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
- Experience with audit and regulatory compliance, particularly MAS TRM guidelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
Good to Have
- Experience with SWIFT Architecture setup, ISO2022 MT-MX, and SWIFT CSP Audit.
- Exposure to MEPS+/MAS Annex 21 audit review and CTS Lite project implementation.
- Familiarity with CTS/eGiro G3 SACH PSP audit processes.
