Job Summary
The Digital Designer is responsible for developing and executing digital design concepts that support Harry Winston’s global marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Manager, Digital Design, and the Director, Creative Services, this role contributes to all stages of the creative Process from concept development through final delivery to produce high-quality, brand aligned digital assets. The Digital Designer ensures that all work reflects Harry Winston’s visual identity and meets the highest standards of creativity and consistency.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong creative and technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position also supports photoshoot planning and post-production, collaborating closely with internal creative, motion, and production teams to ensure assets meet Harry Winston’s creative and technical brand standards for global distribution.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Manager of Digital Design and the Director of Creative Services to translate marketing objectives into 360° digital creative executions.
- Design, manage, and deliver digital assets for global marketing use, ensuring consistency and precision across all platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for a range of digital projects, including campaign imagery, web content, newsletters, and social media initiatives.
- Manage and maintain website assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and seasonal storytelling.
- Support photoshoot planning and post-production, including image selection retouching direction, cropping, and final file preparation.
- Coordinate with internal print, motion, and production teams to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery of creative assets across all channels.
- Monitor digital asset performance post-launch, providing creative insights and recommendations for optimization.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience in a similar industry (luxury/retail).
- Experience working on global marketing campaigns and managing asset delivery across regions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, digital asset management, and responsive design best practices.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and cross-platform digital experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality design work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating refined, luxury-brand design sensibilities and successful campaigns from concept through execution.
Preferred:
- Photoshoot experience, including creative collaboration and post-production management.
- Basic knowledge of AI image creation tools and an eagerness to expand AI design capabilities.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Figma animation for motion design applications.
