What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop highly effective teams and facilitate organizational culture change for sustained success
• Guide organization leaders in improving their agile mindset through strong consulting and facilitation skills
• Adapt coaching style to work with teams at various levels and locations worldwide
• Build and support an enterprise Agile Center of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching
• Identify bottlenecks in work processes and lead implementation teams for process improvements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 7 years of experience working in an IT organization
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or Agile Consultant
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable degree/experience
• Proficiency in Agile management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, digital.ai, JIRA, or Rally
• Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills

• Experience working as an Agile Coach in a Scaled Agile environment
• Ability to break down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts
• Familiarity with agile engineering practices and software development lifecycle
• Skills in creating clear and concise communication materials tailored to audience comprehension
• Capacity to identify and recommend improvements to processes for increased effectiveness
