- Build and support an enterprise Agile Center of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching
- Identify bottlenecks in work processes and lead implementation teams for process improvements
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in an IT organization
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or Agile Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable degree/experience
- Proficiency in Agile management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, digital.ai, JIRA, or Rally
- Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Experience working as an Agile Coach in a Scaled Agile environment
- Ability to break down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts
- Familiarity with agile engineering practices and software development lifecycle
- Skills in creating clear and concise communication materials tailored to audience comprehension
- Capacity to identify and recommend improvements to processes for increased effectiveness
