Hiring Project Manager – Oil & Gas / QatarEnergy Projects
Salary:- TBD
Project Duration:- 6 months ext
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of oil & gas and industrial projects in accordance with contract requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) phases effectively.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining excellent relationships and clear communication.
- Review and approve project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict compliance with QatarEnergy standards, HSE regulations, and company QA/QC procedures.
- Oversee resource planning, budget control, and contractual matters.
- Manage variations, claims, and project closeout documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project management roles within oil & gas or industrial EPC projects.
- Extensive experience with QatarEnergy (QP) projects is mandatory.
- Strong technical and contractual knowledge in pipeline, process, or utility systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
