Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across our software platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and development teams to design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and visual design across all products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Software Designer.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices (a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
