In this role you will work with the EMEA HR team reporting to the South Europe HR Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration
  • Employee training
  • Recruitment and selection of vacant professional profiles
  • Ensure compliance with all occupational risk prevention regulations and apply measures for health and safety monitoring at work
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Compliance with all laws and regulations related to wages, contributions to Social Security, and public bodies
  • Individual monitoring of each employee: evaluate their performance and satisfaction, improve the specific conditions of each case, and ensure the required levels of professionalism
  • Collaborate with management in the ethical conduct of all company activities
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation


Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Psychology, Labor Law, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Fluent English language skills, additional to Spanish and Catalan
