I am hiring for Software / Java - Developer – (Trading Systems)

Location: London - Hybrid / 3 days Per week in Office

• Strong, demonstrable Java development experience in a low-latency or trading system environment.
• Solid understanding of FIX protocol and market connectivity.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience in Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to front-office trading systems, preferably within FX or quantitative finance.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory obligations in a trading environment.
