Operating across multiple international markets, they deliver critical solutions to commercial and public sector partners and are scaling fast. Reporting directly into the CEO and a key part of the leadership team, your role is to architect and execute their global operations strategy. driving performance, operational excellence, and customer success across regions. This role is central to scaling their international footprint, optimizing execution, and driving profitability across diverse markets.

What you’ll lead:

• End-to-end global operations: supply chain, procurement, contract manufacturing, inventory, network ops, maintenance, service delivery and customer success
• Scalable systems/processes/teams to support international growth and shareholder goals
• Operational KPIs
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
• Global P&L ownership and budget optimization, driving efficiency and margin improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in global operations leadership, including time spent at VP level or above
• Proven success scaling global operations in high-growth, tech-enabled businesses
• Deep experience in contract manufacturing, global sourcing, and supply chain optimization
• Strong financial acumen with global P&L, budgeting, and working capital management
• Executive presence with cross-cultural leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated excellence in leading high-performing teams and driving transformation across dynamic environments
• Background in lean operations or global operational excellence frameworks
• Ideally public company experience and international market expansion
