Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the digital technology roadmap aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead enterprise architecture, overseeing system design, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software development to ensure scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-aligned digital initiatives and products
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovation-focused engineering culture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience leading global IT and digital technology teams
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and third-party risk management
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, including executive leadership
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, data-driven decision-making, and attention to detail
