You’ll work closely with product, data, and design ops teams to shape intuitive user flows and system experiences, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and ideation.
Key Responsibilities
- Join discovery workshops and translate findings into actionable UX strategies
- Create user journeys, personas, and experience blueprints
- Map and optimize complex workflows and interaction models
- Use AI tools like Figma Make, UX Pilot, ChatGPT, and similar to generate hypotheses, automate analysis, and test concepts
- Collaborate with UI designers and product managers to ensure clarity between experience and interface layers
- Continuously evaluate user feedback and analytics to refine UX solutions
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Can communicate well in english
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and service design
- Experience working with AI-assisted design and UX automation tools (Figma Make, UX Pilot, or equivalents)
- Exceptional ability to communicate rationale and simplify complex systems
- Comfort working in agile, fast-paced, and research-driven environments
- Experience with AI prompt engineering for UX workflows
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise systems
