Check Point is seeking a self-driven, hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our global IT support team.

Based in our Zurich office, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, providing high-quality, on-site and remote assistance to employees across the organization.

This role includes occasional travel (1–3 times per quarter) to EMEA offices for infrastructure checks, project support, and hands-on troubleshooting.

You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the tools and systems our employees depend on, while helping shape a consistent, user-friendly IT experience globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for employees and senior management
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware (laptops, printers, scanners)
  • Support Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft services
  • Offer first-line support for iOS/MacBook environments
  • Support and maintain workstations, printers, and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
  • Coordinate with global IT teams across time zones
  • Collect user feedback and drive improvements
  • Assist with IT projects and policy enforcement
  • Occasionally travel within the region (1–2 times per quarter)

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude
  • Experience or knowledge in:
    • Windows system administration
    • Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server
    • iOS/MacBook or Linux (advantage)


  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and with international teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluent in English and (Swiss)German
