Check Point is seeking a self-driven, hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our global IT support team.
Based in our Zurich office, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, providing high-quality, on-site and remote assistance to employees across the organization.
This role includes occasional travel (1–3 times per quarter) to EMEA offices for infrastructure checks, project support, and hands-on troubleshooting.
You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the tools and systems our employees depend on, while helping shape a consistent, user-friendly IT experience globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for employees and senior management
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware (laptops, printers, scanners)
- Support Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft services
- Offer first-line support for iOS/MacBook environments
- Support and maintain workstations, printers, and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless daily operations
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
- Coordinate with global IT teams across time zones
- Collect user feedback and drive improvements
- Assist with IT projects and policy enforcement
- Occasionally travel within the region (1–2 times per quarter)
- Open to fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Windows system administration
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server
- iOS/MacBook or Linux (advantage)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently and with international teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent in English and (Swiss)German
