The roles

We’re currently hiring a number of Full Stack AI Engineering positions (from Engineer up to Lead level) to drive hands-on implementation of AI solutions and drive impactful outcomes for diverse industry clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to deeply understand their business challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Plan, develop, and execute hands-on deployment and integration of AI solutions in client environments, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
• Write and maintain production-quality code for developing custom AI integrations, APIs, automation scripts, and data pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and end-to-end execution on AI transformation projects, from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Work closely with internal teams (AI specialists, product managers, designers, engineers) to ensure AI solutions meet client needs and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively suggesting enhancements based on client feedback and emerging AI technologies.
• Stay current with latest AI frameworks, models, tools, and practices to continuously improve our solutions and approaches.

The requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering, integration engineering, or forward deployment roles with a strong focus on development and coding.
• Experience with GenAI skills and platforms such as: advanced prompting, RAG, MCPs, LLM SDKs, etc and deployment on cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, or Azure Open AI.
• Proven proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages suitable for AI integrations and scripting.
• Strong development experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data integration workflows, and system interoperability to effectively connect AI solutions to existing client systems.
• Advanced use of AI development tools to accelerate coding and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, curious and outcome-focussed approach to work, combined with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and industries.
