About the role:

We’re seeking experienced IT professionals to join large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a government environment.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-impact national programs that shape Australia’s digital future.

Successful candidates must be Australian Citizens and willing to undergo Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance upon offer.

Positions are available across Australia, with flexible hybrid or remote arrangements depending on project needs.

Scrum Master (x2)

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile teams delivering technology and digital projects.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, manage delivery progress, and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to remove impediments and drive outcomes.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and agility.

IT Systems Analyst (x4)

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Work with technical and business teams to define, validate, and optimise solutions.
• Support system design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance and quality standards.

IT Mainframe Application Developer (x5)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Participate across the full software lifecycle — analysis, design, coding, testing, and support.
• Support modernisation and migration activities to new platforms.
• Maintain quality, performance, and documentation standards.

IT Test Analyst – Lead (x1)

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage test strategies and execution for major IT initiatives.
• Oversee multiple test streams, manage defects, and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain quality assurance.
• Drive improvement in testing processes and automation practices.

IT Test Analyst – Intermediate (x2)

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute testing across functional, integration, and regression phases.
• Work closely with analysts, developers, and users to validate requirements.
• Maintain test documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

IT Test Analyst – Junior (x3)

Key responsibilities:

• Support test execution and documentation under the guidance of senior testers.
• Prepare test data and assist with environment setup.
• Track test results, report defects, and participate in review activities.
• Learn and contribute to structured testing practices within the team.
