Project Coordinator – IT PMO
Location: 5 days in the office - NOR
Contract: 7-month initial term (potential to extend)
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a busy IT Project Management Office. This role plays a key part in improving project delivery efficiency by ensuring structure, consistency, and governance across multiple technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across a portfolio of IT projects.
- Maintain project registers, documentation, ensuring risks, actions, and decisions are accurately recorded and updated.
- Manage project collaboration tools and shared drives (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, or similar).
About You
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects within an IT or technology PMO.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and governance (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for keeping teams structured and informed.
- Proficiency in project tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, or MS Project.
Desirable:
- Qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management.
- PRINCE2 or CAPM certification.
