As we develop NetMint (our own product offering), we seek a versatile Product Manager to lead its growth and drive vision.

With headquarters in Montevideo, Uruguay, and a strong presence across LATAM and the US. 🌎

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the product development lifecycle of NetMint, combining strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and consulting teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Monitor key metrics
• Engage with stakeholders to align product goals with company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related.
• 2–4 years of experience in product or technical project roles (IT, SaaS, or B2B preferred).
• Familiarity with product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and roadmap planning.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems; knowledge of NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Solid analytical skills with comfort handling data, metrics, and product KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English Communication
