You’re a fast-moving designer who loves turning ideas into visually stunning ads that convert. You’re obsessed with clean, effective design and you know how to work quickly in Figma. You thrive in collaboration with creative strategists, video editors, and marketers — but can also take a brief and run with it. If our ads look scroll-stopping, cohesive, and on-brand across every campaign, you’re crushing it.
You’re joining a high-performance creative team that moves fast and builds high-volume, high-impact assets. As our Figma Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing a large volume of static ads — primarily for Meta — that blend creative storytelling with performance-driven clarity.
You’ll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams to concept, design, and iterate ad creatives based on data and performance feedback. This role is perfect for a designer who loves blending creativity with conversion — and thrives in an environment where speed, precision, and testing are everything.
- Design a high volume of static ads and graphics in Figma for paid social, email, landing pages, and more
- Work with Creative Strategists to turn briefs and insights into effective ad concepts
- Maintain consistent visual branding across campaigns and channels
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketers to ensure cohesive creative direction
- Organize Figma files, components, and templates for efficient team use
- Stay up to date on visual trends, platform best practices, and competitor creative
- Contribute to creative testing and ideation for new hooks and formats
- Support broader brand design needs as they arise (packaging, web, etc.)
- You thrive in fast-paced, feedback-heavy creative environments
- You love turning performance insights into better design decisions
- You’re obsessed with Figma and know all the shortcuts
- You find satisfaction in organization, version control, and scalable design systems
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional creative teams
- You prefer long timelines or single projects over fast-paced, iterative design
- You get frustrated by frequent feedback or revisions
- You struggle to balance creativity with performance-driven constraints
- You dislike repetitive design work or batch-creating similar ad variations
- You need heavy direction before starting a project
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for performance or DTC brands
- Advanced Figma skills — you know how to build, organize, and optimize files for team collaboration
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital ads
- Familiarity with performance marketing principles and how design drives conversion
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience adapting visual identities across multiple brands or campaigns
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and ad creative work
