- In-game UX judgment: you can keep the portrait experience clean, fast, and informative.
- Hands-on ownership: PRDs, slicing MVPs, sprint rituals; strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, math, BI, compliance, art.
- Track record improving jackpots (marketing/overlay or game-math-assisted) and missions/leaderboards.
- Experience enabling operator adoption (training, playbooks, presets).
