Business Analyst

Founded in 2020 in Belgium, ATS4IT was created to expand agap2IT European presence.

Committed to innovation and focused on the creation of true value for Clients and Consultant, through local outsourcing services and nearshoring center in Portugal. The ability to intervene locally and remotely from our nearshore center, along with matured technical, functional and business know-how, our teams are committed to solve the most complex challenges of our client’s digital transformation.

Profile description:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles;
• Experience in requirements gathering and/or preparation of functional specifications and documentation;
• Experience in process design and modeling using BPMN, as well as in implementation and testing (plus);
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar;
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Experience with Agile Methodologies;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Good level of English (mandatory).
