IT Support Specialist
We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure smooth daily operations. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent user support, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
Location: Brussels
On-site: 3 days per week
Allocation: Full-time
Start date: 1st December 2025
Duration: Flexible
Languages: English and French
Role and responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve incidents, serving as the first and second point of contact to ensure a high first-call resolution rate
- Handle service desk, incident, and problem management tasks effectively
- Deliver first and second-level technical support, both remotely and on-site
- Log, monitor, and update incident and service request information accurately
- Track and document problem management activities
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and installation of PC environments
- Create and maintain clear operational support documentation
- Develop and update technical articles and content for the knowledge base
- Perform testing and administrative duties related to applications
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, including direct, in-person assistance for users of desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and video conferencing systems
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong ability to work independently with a broad understanding of IT systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- In-depth understanding of Windows-based end-user devices
- Solid grasp of major mobile operating systems and essential mobile applications
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
- Experience coordinating with system and database administrators to carry out administrative tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Knowledge of additional EU languages
