Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Kotlin to join a small, agile development team. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining backend services that power the surgical innovation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Kotlin.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and system improvements.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  
  

Your Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of accelerated computing (e.g., GPU programming, HPC) is a plus.
