Tasks


  • You handle the end-to-end process of reintegrating long-term absent employees back into the workforce.
  • You facilitate the recruitment process by gathering and communicating accurate information on new roles and positions.
  • You advise your colleagues on policy and job leveling frameworks, providing insights on promotions and market adjustments.
  • You guide offboarding processes, handling legal and administrative aspects with care and attention.
  • You ensure data quality and implementation of changes in SuccessFactors as a single source of key talent data.


Profile


  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • You possess a solid understanding of HR Operations functions (HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
  • You are excellent at adapting your communication style to fit different audiences.
  • You are proficient in English and French (other languages are a plus).
