Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- You have 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- You possess a solid understanding of HR Operations functions (HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
- You are excellent at adapting your communication style to fit different audiences.
- You are proficient in English and French (other languages are a plus).
