Tasks
- You handle the end-to-end process of reintegrating long-term absent employees back into the workforce.
- You facilitate the recruitment process by gathering and communicating accurate information on new roles and positions.
- You advise your colleagues on policy and job leveling frameworks, providing insights on promotions and market adjustments.
- You guide offboarding processes, handling legal and administrative aspects with care and attention.
- You ensure data quality and implementation of changes in SuccessFactors as a single source of key talent data.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- You have 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- You possess a solid understanding of HR Operations functions (HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
- You are excellent at adapting your communication style to fit different audiences.
- You are proficient in English and French (other languages are a plus).
