About The Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Formula’s paid and organic campaigns across EMEA. You’ll blend creative vision and data discipline—turning each campaign into a growth engine for emerging blockchain brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Build full‑funnel digital campaigns for tokens, exchanges, and Web3 startups.
- Partner with growth, design, and editorial teams to deliver high‑impact launches.
- Optimize PPC, Meta, and X Ads to boost engagement and retention.
- Use analytics to refine performance and clearly communicate ROI.
- Lead creative ideation that bridges crypto culture and mainstream storytelling.
Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years of digital marketing; Web3 or tech experience preferred.
- Hands‑on with Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and campaign automation tools.
- Strategic thinker, curious experimenter, and confident communicator.
