Project Manager > Senior Salesforce (36-Month Contract)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful Salesforce solutions? We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and optimise a Salesforce implementation and development initiatives over a 36-month period. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project excellence, quality delivery, and continuous improvement across CRM and Case Management solutions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and coordinate Salesforce development and optimisation projects.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet established quality standards and business requirements.
• Drive process improvement and best practices in project management.
• Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and translate insights into organizational value.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

What We Need

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager in development or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in Salesforce implementation, with at least 3 years leading Salesforce programs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Case Management, and related data integration and migration processes.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, or equivalent), ideally backed by certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
• Advanced skills in MS Project and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2).

Bonus skills:

• Experience working on public sector projects.
• Proven ability in contract and vendor management.
• Strong resource allocation and performance monitoring capabilities.
• Salesforce certifications or equivalent credentials.
